A community wide event

The 37th Annual Fall Fest contributes to our community’s sense of closeness. We are thrilled to have our local businesses, school groups and clubs showcased in this festival. This year we are excited to add a Salute to Heroes to our Military services. U.S. Army National Guard, U.S. Army Active, U.S. Marine Corps., U.S. Coast Guard, Saline County Sheriff's Department, along with our local Bryant Fire Department and Police Department will all be there for you to show your support to their service. All Branches will have a booth with a static display for you to visit.

Chamber Banquet

Celebrating each other

The Chamber Banquet event is for businesses and community leaders to gather to reflect on the previous year’s accomplishments. This evening will be for the chamber to recognize their chamber members for their longevity commitment, along with a seated dinner and entertainment.

Giving back

The Central Arkansas First Responders Luncheon is an annual event to show appreciation and support for all Sheriff, Police, Fire, and EMT Services. This event is coordinated by the chamber for businesses and the local community to meet and greet the First Responders who serve our community daily. Sponsorship proceeds from this event are used to purchase nice giveaways for the First Responders in attendance that day.

Ribbon Cuttings

Ribbon Cuttings are a time to celebrate! We want to celebrate the opening of your business, your business becoming a chamber member, a new location, or if you are reopening under new management. Pictures from your ceremony will be shared on the chamber’s social media platforms and in the Saline Courier. The chamber will provide the large scissors for the ceremony at no cost for being a chamber member. Do not stress with trying to plan for your ribbon cutting! Here are a few tips on planning your ribbon cutting.

Schedule your ribbon cutting in advance for the chamber to provide enough notice to other chamber members. Wear your business shirts with logo for more advertising opportunities for your business to be seen in pictures. Plan to share your business services at the ceremony. This does not have to be a long speech; however, we hope that you will share a brief description of what your business can provide to local consumers.

Ribbon cutting ceremonies usually last about 20 minutes.

Network Now is a great networking opportunity and additional exposure for chamber members to host at their location. Be the guest speaker to discuss and share your business with other members. It is a relationship-building experience in a relaxed setting adding new contacts and resources for your business. The chamber will assist by scheduling the event, sharing the event invitation with other members, taking pictures during your scheduled time, and sharing the pictures through the chamber’s social media platforms.

How to Stay Connected as a Member

We do not want you to simply join the chamber, we want you to be involved! Every new member has the option of setting up a ribbon cutting, but we do not want you to stop there. We encourage you and your business to be engaged. Serve on a committee, become an ambassador, sponsor an event, attend other businesses ribbon cuttings, attend networking events, and attend other chamber events. We believe the more you are involved, the stronger our Chamber, our community, and your business will be.
